Whether you're a beginner or advanced martial artist, the WallDome is the perfect answer for your training requirements.

For Kung Fu students the WallDome fills the gap in the lack of training equipment between wall bags and the wooden dummy but without any of their limitations. Karate students will find it's an excellent alternative to the Makiwara due to the advantage of training your blocking techniques on them too and as for students of FMA there are many locking and striking drills that can be practiced on the WallDome without the need for a partner!

With no filling necessary, they are ready to use as soon as they are secured to the wall, indoors or outdoors. Available in Single, Double or Triple WallDome combinations and made from recycled rubber they are so tough we recommend you wear gloves when training on them!

The WallDome Spring is designed to simulate the muscular tension of an attackers arm allowing you to train your techniques with realism every time.

Available in 2 strengths, the Beginners Spring, as the name suggests, is also perfect for Chi Sau and training the "soft" aspect of Wing Chun. The Advanced Spring is suitable for experienced martal artists and is ideal for training the "hard" aspect of Wing Chun.
